It is a wholly-foreign-owned ODM enterprise with its own factory. The company passed the ISO9001 quality system certification in August, 2002, introduced MRPII system in the following April, imported lead-free process in October, 2003. Acquired CCC certificate in China in June, 2006. In July, 2007 and completely renew SMT equipments . Main products are: LED downlight, LED tube, LED strip, LED floodlight and wall washer, LED module, LED spotlight, LED global bulbs & candel lights, LED Street light and plant growing lights, Dimmable LED lamps series and LED accessories etc.
The company has Panasonic/Samsung series of high (medium) speed machine, full-automatic(semi-automatic )printing presses, hot air reflowsoldering with eight zones of temperature etc. At the same time, it is equipped with DIP(assembly) line, spray double peaks welding furnace, components forming machine, PCB cutting machine, IC.PCB oven, ultrasound plate washer, thermostat soldering iron, oscilloscope, ICT and other instruments and meters to test performance of products.
On management, the company operates strictly according to the ISO9001 quality system & the 5S management system , and established relevant functional departments. In quality assurance, it has independent Department of Quality Control. A complete quality assurance system is set up for accepting customer's material , process and outgoing inspection in order to insure zero-defect products.
